Villefranche-sur-Mer

This 13th century medieval city features a citadel that overlooks a picturesque bay. A number of fine restaurants line the seafront along the Port Sante, where you'll also find a lively flea market on the weekends.

The Rue des Poilus in Villefranche's old town has shops selling crafts, gifts and grocery stores with Italian porducts. Clothing stores and housewares can be found grouped around the La Liberation intersection at rue Albert 1er and rue Marechal Foch.
