Notwithstanding the General Conditions of Utilization described below, the user undertakes to respect the Specific Conditions of Partners and Listed Professionals.

By "Partners" to  www.businessriviera.com  is understood :

• The Nice (France) Webstore +with an online hotel reservation service for some hotels in the Alpes Maritimes region, most of which are listed on www.businessriviera.com
• the company Prévisite which supplies virtual visits for some hotels listed on www.businessriviera.com
• institutional organizations to whom www.businessriviera.com   has hypertext links..

By "Listed Professionals" on the site is understood : reception/hospitality agencies, event agencies, conferencess and exhibition centers, private beaches, golfs courses, towns, ski resorts, restarant owners/operators, hotel owner/opetators, event organizers, and general sightseeing places which have signed  up to the free www.businessriviera.com referencing service, by which they can present their commercial activities using a company sheet, as well as their services, both of the above hereinafter referred to as the "Products".

The French Riviera CCI lists, on its www.businessriviera.com web site, Products available fron Listed Professionals.

In doing so, French Riviera CCI merely presents informaton on the Products supplied by Listed Professionals, for the purpose of informing visitors to the www.businessriviera.com site of the existence of such Products.

However, French Riviera CCI does not sell any of these Products, either directly or indirectly. Any persons interested in reserving or purchasing the Products must do so directly front the Listed Professionals.

Any requests for information or complaints should be sent to the address given under "Site Contact".

Requests/complaints will be handled by www.businessriviera.com if they are to the services provided by www.businessriviera.com within the framework of these General Conditions of Utilization.

However, any requests/complaints of a commercial nature should be sent directly to the Partner or Listed Professional  who sold the Product.

DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOS, ILLUSTRATIONS

The descriptions, photos and illustrations on www.businessriviera.com of the Products, were provided by the Listed  Professionals themselves. French Riviera CCI understakes to online the descriptions on  the basis of information given by the Partners and Professionals, and to update this information for maximum relevancy and accurateness. Descriptions, photos and illustrations are non-binding, and do no call into play the liability of French Riviera CCI.

PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA

Any information requested by e-mail or form is intented for French Riviera CCI, a Listed Professional, or a Partner, who agree to condiser any such information as confidential, and not to be further disseminated. In keeping with the Personal Liberty ans Digitized Informaton law (loi "Informatique et Libertés") of 6 Juanary 1978, modified by the law of 6 August 2004, you are entitled to access, change, correct and delete any data concerning you (articles 30 to 42).

Likewise, neither French Rivier CCI nor its Partners can guarantee that the site www.businessriviera.com will operate continuously without service interruption or failure, or that the web site is compatible with computer equipment or a configuration that users may have.

Neither French Riviera CCI nor its Partners can be considered liable for any damages, direct or indirect, immaterial, foreseeable or non-foreseeable (including lost business, opportunities, etc.) resulting from an impossibility to use, or not to use, partially ou totally, the Products detailed on www.businessriviera.com

Neither French Riviera CCI nor its Partners can be considered liable if the hypertext links on the web pages should turn out to be ineffective, inaccurate, or moved.

French Riviera CCI, in its capacity as information provider, cannot, under any circumstances, be considerez liable for contacts pertaining to the sale or use of the Products, concluded between a user ans Listed Professionals.
